Career

Three profiles in one executive

What sets me apart is not one specialty but the combination of three. Most technology executives master one of these conversations. The value lies in holding all three in the same room.

One

Technology and cybersecurity

Real technical depth, not slideware. I built IBM’s regional cybersecurity unit from scratch and took managed security services to de facto standard in Chile and several countries in the region. CISM and CCSK.

Two

Operations and country leadership

Running a full operation: processes, governance, local compliance, role architecture, integration of an acquired company and team development. Two decades inside a global matrix, leading functions that never reported to me.

Three

Business economics

Accountability for the metrics a services business actually lives by: forecast, cost, margin, billable hours, utilization and cost model. Operating budget and cost structure end to end.

Four countries, one career

My career moved with the markets, and that circulation is part of how I work: I have stepped into operations I did not know, in countries that were not my own, and rebuilt them from the inside.
